Welcome to Ammyoo. By accessing, browsing or using our platform and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our platform and services.

1. Account Registration & Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register an account on our platform. If you are under 18 years old, you must use our platform and services under the supervision and consent of your guardian.

  • When registering an account, you must provide true, accurate and complete information, and update it in a timely manner if there is any change. If you provide false or incomplete information, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse to provide you with services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and shall bear all consequences caused by the unauthorized use of your account (such as order placement, payment, etc.). If you find any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

  • You shall not use your account to engage in any illegal or improper activities (such as fraud, spam, infringement of others' rights and interests, etc.). Otherwise, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account, and pursue your legal responsibility if necessary.

2. Order Placement & Payment

  • When you place an order on our platform, you agree to purchase the products in the order at the price and terms specified in the order. After you submit the order, we will send you an order confirmation email to confirm the order details.

  • You must complete the payment within the time limit specified by the platform. If you fail to complete the payment within the time limit, we have the right to cancel your order without prior notice.

  • All payments on our platform must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of your country/region and the payment platform. We are not responsible for any losses caused by your improper payment operations.

  • If there is a mistake in the product price (such as wrong pricing due to system failure), we have the right to cancel the order and refund the payment you have made (if any), and we will not be liable for any other compensation.

3. Product Description & Quality

  • We strive to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions (including product pictures, specifications, materials, sizes, etc.) on our platform. However, due to factors such as shooting angles, lighting and display devices, there may be slight differences between the actual product and the picture, which shall be subject to the actual product.

  • All our products are subject to strict quality inspection before shipment. If you receive a product with quality problems (such as damage, deformation, inconsistency with the product description), please take photos and contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods, and we will provide you with solutions such as return, exchange or refund according to the specific situation.

  • You shall not return or exchange products for reasons such as "dislike the style", "not in line with expectations" (unless the product has quality problems or does not match the order). For customized products, we do not accept return or exchange unless there is a quality problem.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, design rights) of the content on our platform (such as product pictures, descriptions, logos, software, etc.) belong to Ammyoo or the relevant right holders. You shall not use, copy, modify, distribute or transmit these contents without our prior written permission.

  • If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us and provide relevant proof. We will investigate and handle it in a timely manner.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We will do our best to provide stable and reliable services, but we are not liable for any losses caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, network failures, government regulations, etc.), third-party service failures (such as logistics delays, payment platform failures) or your own improper operations.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (such as loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, etc.) caused by your use of our platform and services, unless such losses are caused by our intentional or gross negligence.

  • The maximum liability of our platform for any loss caused by your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of the order related to the loss.

6. Termination of Services

  • You can terminate the use of our services at any time by canceling your account. After canceling your account, we will stop providing you with services, but we will retain your personal information and transaction records in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • We have the right to suspend or terminate your account and services at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions, provide false information, engage in illegal activities, or fail to pay the relevant fees (if any). After termination, you will no longer have the right to use our platform and services, and we will not be liable for any losses caused thereby.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Region].
