1. Shipping Destinations

We provide global shipping services, covering most countries and regions around the world. For specific shipping destinations and whether they are available, please check the shipping options when placing an order or contact our customer service for confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We cooperate with well-known international logistics companies (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc.) to provide different shipping methods according to your needs, with different delivery times and costs:

  • Express Shipping: Delivery time is 3-7 working days, suitable for customers who need urgent receipt. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the package.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery time is 10-20 working days, with more economical shipping costs, suitable for general orders. The specific delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, regional logistics efficiency and other factors.

  • Economy Shipping: Delivery time is 20-35 working days, with the lowest shipping cost, suitable for large-volume orders or customers who are not in a hurry. Please note that economy shipping does not provide real-time logistics tracking for some regions.

Note: Delivery time does not include the order processing time (1-3 working days). After your order is paid successfully, we will arrange the shipment within the processing time. For remote areas, the delivery time may be extended by 3-5 working days.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation

The shipping cost is automatically calculated by the system based on the following factors: the weight and volume of the goods, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. You can view the specific shipping cost on the order confirmation page before paying.

We will from time to time launch free shipping activities. For orders that meet the free shipping conditions (such as minimum order amount), the shipping cost will be automatically waived by the system.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification email to your registered email address, which includes the logistics tracking number and the link to query the logistics status. You can also log in to your account on our platform, enter the "My Orders" page, and query the real-time logistics information of your order.

5. Customs & Duties

As a cross-border e-commerce platform, all orders may be subject to customs inspection and duties in the destination country/region. The customs duties, taxes and other related fees are borne by the customer (unless otherwise specified in the activity rules). We will provide all necessary customs clearance documents (such as commercial invoice) to help you complete the customs clearance smoothly. If you have any questions about customs duties, please consult the local customs or our customer service.

6. Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete (including street, house number, postal code, contact phone number, etc.), to avoid delivery delay or loss caused by incorrect address.

  • If you are not available to receive the package when the courier delivers it, please contact the courier in time to make an appointment for re-delivery or pick-up by yourself.

  • After receiving the package, please check the packaging for damage, and check whether the goods are intact and consistent with the order. If there is any problem, please take photos and contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods.
